Abstract: This study explores the impact of the pandemic on seasonal search trends by analyzing Google Trends data for seasonal queries. By evaluating mean seasonality and autocorrelation, this research assesses how the pandemic influenced the consistency of seasonal patterns. Results indicate that while mean seasonality remained largely stable, autocorrelation values increased for several queries when pandemic-period data were excluded, suggesting that COVID-19 introduced fluctuations in search behavior.
