Abstract: The article defines the prerequisites for achieving sustainable post-war reconstruction of the labor market in the system of the national economy, its priority tasks based on comprehensive monitoring and analysis of the impact of the war on various aspects of the country's life. It is shown that constant monitoring of the selected processes will allow to ensure an effective strategy for the recovery and stability of the country in the conditions of the post-war period. Basic indicators have been developed for the development and implementation of post-war labor market recovery strategies: social sphere (changes in the demographic situation, social support and protection of the population), economic sphere (fall in economic activity, changes in labor resources and labor productivity), human capital development (education and skills, psychological support), market relations (changes in the business environment, support of small and medium-sized businesses), internal state policy (improvement of management efficiency, ensuring national security), foreign policy and international relations (European integration, foreign economic aid). It is proposed that the state develop strategies and targeted programs within the framework of which it is necessary to implement a set of measures for the post-war recovery of the labor market: the Economic Recovery Plan of Ukraine for the rapid integration of the working population into the economy after the end of the war; the Plan for the Return of Refugees, which will provide for the provision of housing and the provision of social guarantees for displaced persons; the Adaptation and Retraining Program for internally displaced persons, refugees, war veterans, combatants, persons with disabilities and disabilities; the Program for creating conditions for small business development. A comprehensive approach to ensure the stability of the labor market in the period of post-war recovery in terms of social, economic and legal measures is substantiated. A mandatory condition for their integration into the general strategy of the national recovery of Ukraine according to the leading types of economic activity after the war is proposed. Digitization, investment in education, European integration and business support are the keys to the successful development of the labor market.
