Abstract: This article summarizes the conceptual foundations of the formation and provision of opportunities for the effective functioning of the organizational and economic mechanism for realizing the potential of innovative enterprises. Systematization of literary sources and approaches to solving the problem has shown that the growth of competition and the strengthening of the influence of globalization stimulate the development and search for new, more effective tools for managing economic systems that can weaken the impact of negative factors on the overall performance of the enterprise, and under such conditions, new requirements are put forward for the formation of a mechanism for managing the potential of innovative enterprises based on strategic technology management. The relevance of solving this scientific problem lies in the fact that an effective organizational and economic mechanism is the basis for realizing the potential of innovative enterprises. It provides a systematic approach to innovation management, contributes to increasing competitiveness and sustainable development of enterprises in the conditions of a modern economy. The study of the organizational and economic mechanism for realizing the potential of an innovative enterprise in the article is carried out in the following logical sequence: identifying the components of the organizational and economic mechanism for realizing the potential of an innovative enterprise, checking the operation of the mechanism, determining the stages of the process of implementing the organizational and economic mechanism for realizing the potential of an innovative enterprise, determining the main components of the innovative potential of the enterprise, determining the prospects for the development of the potential of innovative enterprises. The methodological tools of the conducted research were historical and logical methods, a graphical method, methods of analysis and synthesis - to determine the components of the organizational and economic mechanism for realizing the potential of innovative enterprises. The object of the study was chosen to be the conceptual principles of forming the organizational and economic mechanism for realizing the potential of innovative enterprises. The results of the conducted research can be useful for forming business models for innovatively active enterprises in Ukraine.
