The study involved 25 people living in a non-normative crisis and seeking psychological help from the Regional State Budgetary Healthcare Institution “Altai Regional Clinical Psychiatric Hospital”. The average age of the sample is 36,8 years, which corresponds to the period of average adulthood (by B. G. Ananyev). The was used the questionnaire “Experiencing a psychological crisis by a person” by S. V. Dukhnovsky, the questionnaire of cognitive regulation of emotions by N. Garnefsky in the adaptation of E. I. Rasskazova, A. B. Leonova, I. V. Pluzhnikov and the methodology “Morphological test of life values” by V. F. Sopov, L. V. Karpushina. As a result of the study, the presence of reliable negative and positive relationships between indicators was revealed, indicating a change in the course of a crisis situation with a special hierarchy of value orientations and emotion control. In the future, the results obtained will be used to compile a program of work with people in a crisis situation, based on their cognitive regulation of emotional states and significant value orientations. One of the mechanisms for overcoming a crisis situation, we consider a life perspective, the features of which can be traced in a number of scales of the “Cognitive regulation of emotions” methodology.
