Analysis of the Current Situation and Countermeasures of the “832 Platform” Operation in Taijiang County, Guizhou Province

Abstract: 在乡村振兴与消费帮扶政策驱动下，农产品电商平台成为巩固脱贫成果的重要载体。本文以国家级脱贫县贵州省台江县为研究对象，聚焦财政部“832平台”的县域运营实践，本文作者团队通过文献分析和实地走访调研了贵州省台江县“832平台”并了解其现阶段运营情况，从利益主体和市场机制层面分析，发现其存在外地企业挤压、数据分析能力薄弱、入驻条件严苛、宣传力度小等一系列问题。最后本文针对其存在的问题提出相关改进建议，即：加强市场监管和审核流程、加大预算投入以积极引进人才、放宽本地企业的平台入驻条件。Under the impetus of rural revitalization and consumption assistance policies, agricultural product e-commerce platforms have become an important carrier for consolidating poverty alleviation achievements. This article takes Taijiang County, a national-level poverty-stricken county in Guizhou Province, as the research object, focusing on the county-level operation practice of the Ministry of Finance’s “832 Platform”. The author team of this article conducted literature analysis and on-site visits to investigate the “832 Platform” in Taijiang County, Guizhou Province, and understood its current operation situation. Analyzed from the perspectives of interest subjects and market mechanisms, It was found that it has a series of problems such as being squeezed by enterprises from other places, weak data analysis capabilities, strict entry conditions and insufficient publicity efforts. Finally, this paper puts forward relevant improvement suggestions for the existing problems, namely: strengthening market supervision and review processes, increasing budget investment to actively introduce talents, and relaxing the entry conditions for local enterprises on the platform.
