Abstract: In the context of Vietnam’s increasingly developing economy and deep integration with the global economy, the demand for high-quality human resources is increasing. To meet this requirement, cooperation between universities and enterprises in training high-quality human resources plays an extremely important role. This cooperative relationship not only helps improve the quality of training but also ensures a close connection between education and the labor market, thereby helping students gain knowledge, skills and practical experience to be ready to join the workforce. Based on theoretical arguments, synthesizing international experience and analyzing some practical cases in the country, the author points out the limitations, subjective causes from both sides, barriers from management mechanisms and policies...At the same time, the author suggests solutions and recommendations to remove barriers to promote cooperation, increase operational efficiency between universities and enterprises, contributing to socio-economic development.
