Abstract: A library of (teraryl, quateraryl, hexaryl) polyaryl unnatural amino acid motifs is generated via successive stereoselective C(sp 3 )–H arylation and Suzuki coupling. These molecules may be useful for future proteomimetic design (α-helix mimetics).
