Abstract: Under the wave of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" in the new era, private colleges and universities are faced with the contradiction between ideal and reality in the course system construction of innovation and entrepreneurship education. This paper focuses on the principles of innovation and entrepreneurship education curriculum system construction in private colleges and universities, and comprehensively analyzes various problems existing in the current construction process. The construction path explored from the dimensions of optimizing the curriculum, strengthening the construction of the teaching staff, and actively improving the practical teaching system aims to effectively improve the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education in private colleges and universities, and cultivate a group of innovative talents who can accurately meet the needs of social development.
