Abstract: The problem of urolithiasis treatment remains relevant and complex in modern urology. Phytopreparations are one of the leading means used as preoperative preparation and postoperative management in patients with urolithiasis. Objective. To evaluate Pinabin in patients with urolithiasis after retrograde contact pyelolithotripsy. Materials and Methods. The study included 30 patients with urolithiasis with stone localization in the pelvis of the kidney, without impaired urine outflow. The patients were divided into 3 groups. All patients underwent retrograde contact pyelolithotripsy. Patients in group 1 received NSAIDs, uroseptic, antispasmodics, diet therapy, and, if necessary ABT; patients of group 2 received NSAIDs, uroseptic, antispasmodics, diet therapy, and Pinabin 5 drops 3 times a day with meals for 1 month; patients of group 3 received monotherapy with Pinabin 5 drops 3 times a day with meals for 1 month. Results. In the course of observation, the high efficacy of pinabin in prevention of infectious-inflammatory complications and detachment of concrement fragments was observed after retrograde contact lithotripsy. The safety of using this complex in patients with urolithiasis was proved. Conclusion. Pinabin can be recommended to patients with urolithiasis after retrograde contact lithotripsy as a lithokinetic agent and as a way to prevent infectious-inflammatory complications.
