Abstract: Feeding jejunostomy (FJ) is a common surgical procedure for patients presenting with absolute dysphagia. Enteral migration of the jejunostomy tube is a rare occurrence and very rarely documented in the literature. We present here a rare case of a 45-year-old female with a history of corrosive ingestion with a distally migrated broken jejunostomy tube into the colon who underwent FJ tube placement 6 months ago and which was successfully removed under colonoscopic vision. Initially, she came with the disappearance of the FJ tube from the skin surface. Clinical examination revealed the disappearance of the previously placed tube. The abdominal radiograph showed a radio-opaque tube in the ascending colon and the migrated tube was removed with colonoscopy under vision with rat tooth forceps. Her hospital stay was uneventful after the procedure.
