Abstract: The article describes the experience of using the potential of the pedagogical workshop to increase the professional reflection of educational systems employees at various levels - from school teachers to employees of municipal and regional educational centers. The semantic foundations, development trends and experience in the implementation of pedagogical workshops as an innovative technology for teaching schoolchildren and a resource for the formation of professional and personal growth of a teacher are analyzed. The potential of the pedagogical workshop as a resource for the development of teacher’s pedagogical reflection is actualized. The article describes the experience of implementing a Pedagogical workshop under the guidance of a university professor as a tool for the professional pedagogical reflection development at the modernization stage of the educational system of the country.
