Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: The article considers the general didactic level of methodological thinking of a primary school teacher as a component of artistic and graphic culture of the teacher and a competence basis of their professional pedagogical activity, including the organisation of fine arts and technology lessons. The main levels of methodological thinking are given: general didactic (metamethodological thinking); epistemological (knowledge-theoretical); axiological (value-meaning); psychological and pedagogical. The relevance of methodological thinking is determined by: professional suitability and competitiveness of graduates of the faculty of primary education of pedagogical universities; meeting the declarative requirements of normative-regulatory documents and goals of state policy in the field of education and upbringing; general didactic aims and objectives of human learning, development and education; specificity of the implementation of productive activities in primary school in the study of the areas of Art and Technology. Some pedagogical conditions of development of methodological thinking in future primary school teachers are shown and ways of methodological thinking development through methods of cognition (teaching) according to the established and widespread in school practice concept of native didacticians M. N. Skatkin and I. Y. Lerner are presented.
