Abstract: The text presents the experience and ways of doing anthropology of three black anthropologists who graduated in Social Sciences from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG). The first belongs to a generation before the last two authors. Thus, it explores the confluences between experience, Black Anthropology and radicality as a tool of resistance based on the epistemological change perpetrated by the presence of black and gendered bodies at the heart of Anthropology, especially after affirmative actions.
