Abstract: 本文在数字经济与实体经济深度融合的背景下，系统研究了数字化转型对制造业企业可持续发展的影响及其作用机制。通过构建企业数字化转型指数，并选取2011~2023年中国A股制造业上市公司为样本，本文实证检验了数字化转型对企业财务绩效和环境绩效的影响。研究发现，数字化转型显著正向影响制造业企业的可持续绩效，具体表现为提升企业的财务绩效和环境绩效。进一步的机制检验表明，资源配置效率和绿色创新能力在数字化转型与企业可持续绩效之间起到了双重中介作用。本文的研究不仅丰富了数字化转型的经济效应理论，也为制造业企业实施数字化转型提供了实践指导。Against the backdrop of the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy, this paper systematically studies the impact of digital transformation on the sustainable development of manufacturing enterprises and its mechanism. By constructing an enterprise digital transformation index and selecting Chinese A-share listed manufacturing companies from 2011 to 2023 as the sample, this paper empirically tests the impact of digital transformation on the financial performance and environmental performance of enterprises. The study finds that digital transformation has a significantly positive impact on the sustainable performance of manufacturing enterprises, specifically manifested in the improvement of enterprises’ financial performance and environmental performance. Further mechanism tests show that the efficiency of resource allocation and green innovation capabilities play a dual mediating role between digital transformation and the sustainable performance of enterprises. The research of this paper not only enriches the theory of the economic effects of digital transformation, but also provides practical guidance for manufacturing enterprises to implement digital transformation.
