Abstract: The article considers psychological factors of occurrence and prevention of dismissive business communication, which must be taken into account in ensuring personnel security of the enterprise (firm). The concept of conscience is studied, the low level of which is an important factor influencing the processes of formation of a deviant form of dismissive business communication, infringing on the human dignity of partners in business transactions.
