Abstract: A 45years old female complained of post-surgical non healing umbilical scar, along with discharge of pus from post-operative site. Initially Staphysagria 1M was prescribed. Latter followed by Calendula 200 considering the post-surgical fistula. This case represents the curative action of Homoeopathic medicines in post-surgical non-healing ulcer.
