Abstract: The article focuses on the application of the blended learning model according to the rotation model at Trung Vuong University. In the context of international integration and technological development, Vietnamese higher education is facing the need for innovation to meet social needs. The rotation model is considered a potential solution, flexibly combining online and face-to-face learning, helping students to be proactive and personalize their learning process. With a training orientation closely linked to businesses and international integration, Trung Vuong University is gradually innovating and applying this model is expected to make an important contribution to the development of the University.
