Abstract: The article presents a socio-philosophical analysis of the officer's management culture as one of the pressing issues in the context of his military-professional activity. Today it is considered as a complex socio-cultural phenomenon, which is one of the significant factors in the officer's successful solution of military-professional tasks of varying degrees of complexity. The idea of increasing demands on the level of development of the management culture of a modern officer of the Russian Emergencies Ministry is substantiated. The main priorities of the management culture and its influence on all aspects of life and professional activity of the officer corps of the structural units of the Russian Emergencies Ministry are revealed. A high level of management culture always has a pronounced personalized character, being the result of the general cultural, military-professional and personal development of the officer. It is concluded that the formation of a high level of management culture requires significant spiritual and physical efforts from each officer.
