Abstract: With the background of the knowledge economy era, this paper discusses the impact of knowledge management on the innovation ability of electric power enterprises, analyzes the influencing factors of the knowledge management link and the operating environment of electric power enterprises, and constructs a theoretical model to illustrate how knowledge management can enhance the innovation ability of enterprises. The results of the study show that knowledge management plays a significant role in promoting the innovation ability of electric power enterprises. Through the interaction of knowledge acquisition, preservation and application, knowledge management not only provides the foundation for enterprise innovation, but also complements the innovation capability of enterprises and promotes the transformation and application of innovative knowledge. In addition, knowledge management helps to strengthen corporate culture, protect innovations, and provide companies with a long-term competitive advantage in the marketplace. This paper emphasizes the importance of knowledge management in the development of electric power enterprises and provides theoretical guidance and practical methods for enterprises to enhance their innovation capability.
