Abstract: This paper examines the current conditions and possibilities of solving the problem of providing the agricultural market with young specialists in Kazakhstan. The relevance of the research is related to the need to identify ways that will help provide agriculture with competitive personnel capable of adapting to changes in society in a developed digital economy. Despite existing government programs and changes in wages, young people do not show sufficient motivation to work in agriculture. In this regard, the level of employment in various industries and the dynamics of average wages are currently being analyzed. Even with the increase in salaries, the income level in agriculture remains low compared to other sectors. There are objective reasons, such as the low standard of living in rural areas and lack of labor skills, due to which young people are not ready for work. According to statistics, 65% of graduates do not find a job in their specialty, especially if they, having received an agrarian education, stay in cities. This underscores the need to develop educational programs that meet the new requirements. The main task of government agencies and institutions is to create optimal conditions for every young person to find their place, which will ensure the stability of their social status and real opportunities for education and employment corresponding to their professional level. The purpose of the research is to develop effective methods of organizing the modern agrarian market with a focus on attracting young specialists. The analysis examined the methods of distribution of youth by industry and the dynamics of average wages, and drew conclusions based on graphical analysis. The results were analyzed by considering the factors affecting youth movement in the agricultural sector. The author emphasizes the need to transform agriculture in the digital economy and develop new training programs for young professionals.
