Abstract: Infrastructure and facilities are the backbone of any Sport competition. Infrastructure provides the basis upon which the facilities stand; they are like two sides of a coin supplementing each other. The entire environment of the sport edifice is governed by the two. In this world of globalization and rapid technological upsurge sport infrastructure and facilities are not lagging behind they are developing with leaps and bounds. The Olympics is a platform where we can witness the latest and most upgraded version of sport infrastructure and facilities. It is the stage where development through the 4 years get exhibited. The Tokyo Olympics though to a great extent got effected by the pandemic yet the show was wonderful. In this study the scholar tried to collect some facts and figures related to the Pandemic hit Tokyo Olympics and present them in a logical way. The focus of this study was to collect information particularly associated with the infrastructure and facilities used during the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. From the study it was somehow revealed that despite all obstacles and hindering forces created by the pandemic situation the Tokyo Olympics provided one of the best facilities and infrastructure during the mega Sport Event.
