Year: 2025
Type: article
Abstract: In today’s globalized business environment, the workforce is increasingly becoming multigenerational, comprising Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials, and Generation Z, each with distinct values, expectations, and work styles. Managing such a diverse workforce poses both challenges and opportunities for organizations operating across international borders. This study offers an empirical investigation into the strategies and effectiveness of managing multigenerational teams within global business settings. Specifically, it examines the pivotal role of Cultural Intelligence (CQ) in enabling managers to bridge generational and cultural divides, fostering inclusive leadership, and enhancing team cohesion and performance.
