Abstract: 随着中国特色社会主义进入新时代，高校思想政治教育工作面临新的发展要求。针对传统教育模式与当代大学生特点的契合度问题，研究聚焦思政课程与日常教育协同育人机制的优化路径。通过提升协同育人理念认知、构建多元化协同平台、加强教育渠道融合等策略，探索形成课堂教学与实践活动相互支撑、理论教育与实践养成深度融合的育人模式。研究旨在强化两大教育体系的协同效应，构建全员全过程全方位的育人格局，为培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人提供有效方案。With the entry of socialism with Chinese characteristics into a new era, ideological and political education in universities is facing new development requirements. To address the issue of compatibility between traditional education models and the characteristics of contemporary college students, this study focuses on optimizing the collaborative education mechanism between ideological and political courses and daily education. By enhancing the understanding of the concept of collaborative education, building diversified collaborative platforms, and strengthening the integration of educational channels, we aim to explore the formation of an educational model that mutually supports classroom teaching and practical activities, and deeply integrates theoretical education with practical cultivation. The research aims to strengthen the synergistic effect of the two education systems, construct a comprehensive and all-round education pattern for all staff, and provide effective solutions for cultivating new generations who are responsible for national rejuvenation.
