Abstract: 生成式人工智能的迅猛发展正在重塑医学教育的生态格局。本文聚焦DeepSeek这一医学垂直领域大模型，系统探讨其对课程思政建设的创新价值与实施路径。研究表明，DeepSeek通过临床情境模拟、伦理决策训练、医患关系建构三大核心功能，有效解决了传统医学思政教育中情境真实性不足、价值引导具象化欠缺、教学反馈滞后等痛点。同时，技术应用中存在的算法偏见隐忧、情感教育弱化、主体性消解等问题亟待建立“技术–人文–制度”三维协同机制。未来应当着力构建具有中国特色的医学人工智能伦理框架，实现智能工具与育人目标的深度耦合。The rapid advancement of generative artificial intelligence is reshaping the ecological landscape of medical education. This paper focuses on DeepSeek, a large-scale vertical model in the medical domain, to systematically explore its innovative value and implementation pathways for ideological-political curriculum development. Research demonstrates that DeepSeek effectively addresses critical challenges in traditional medical ideological education—such as insufficient situational authenticity, abstract value guidance, and delayed pedagogical feedback—through three core functionalities: clinical scenario simulation, ethical decision-making training, and doctor-patient relationship modeling. Meanwhile, emerging issues in technological applications, including latent algorithmic biases, diminished emphasis on emotional education, and the erosion of human agency, necessitate the establishment of a tripartite “technology-humanities-institution” collaborative mechanism. Future endeavors should prioritize constructing a medical AI ethical framework with Chinese characteristics to achieve profound integration between intelligent tools and educational objectives.
