Abstract: 在新时代“大思政”育人格局下，如何将思政元素深度融入专业课程是高等教育改革的重要命题。以《管理学》课程为研究对象，基于课程思政示范课程建设实际，提出“国策省情–传统文化–史情史料–学生发展–企业实践”五维融合的课程思政资源建设路径。通过系统整合优质思政资源、重构教学内容、创新教学方法，实现知识传授与价值引领的同频共振，为商科课程思政建设提供理论参考与实践范式。Under the new era’s “holistic ideological and political education” framework, the deep integration of ideological and political elements into specialized courses represents a significant proposition in higher education reform. Taking the Management Course as the research subject, and based on practical experience in developing exemplary ideological and political courses, this paper proposes a five-dimensional integration approach for constructing ideological and political resources: “national policies and provincial conditions - traditional culture - historical and historical materials - student development - enterprise practice”. Through systematic integration of high-quality ideological and political resources, restructuring of teaching content, and innovation in teaching methods, this approach achieves resonance between knowledge transmission and value guidance, providing both theoretical reference and practical paradigms for ideological and political education in business courses.
