Research on the Digitalization Level Evaluation and Development of the Beauty New Economy Park Based on the “Industrial Brain”

Abstract: In the context of the booming digital economy, the digital transformation of industries has become a key driving force to promote the high-quality development of the economy. As an important carrier in this transformation process, the “industrial brain” platform plays an indispensable role, which takes data sharing as a link and technological innovation as an engine, building a bridge of interconnection and innovation for industrial digital development. This paper focuses on Pingdu Beauty New Economy Park, takes its “Industry Brain” digital platform as the research object, and evaluates the development level of the park's digital operation dimension based on the “SME Digitalization Level Assessment Indicators (2024 Edition)”. The study found that the digitization level of the digital operation dimension has reached the integration level, and the number of digital operation application scenarios is eight, all of which have reached the third level, of which five are binding scenarios, which have a certain scale advantage, implying that the park's digitization application depth and standardization of the core operation link are high. The study provides direction for the subsequent digital transformation of the park and provides reference for the digital development of other industrial clusters.
