Abstract: The development of AI technology is changing with each passing day and attracting global attention. Given the current fewer research and judgments on the latest developments and trends of AI technology, this paper fully studies the focus of AI technology in major countries, comprehensively proposes important factors that affect the innovation and development of AI technology, and uses the Vensim model to perform simulation. The results show that Dynamic changes in policy factors, investment in innovation factor, cross-border cooperation, market demand, R&D investment and testing capabilities can affect the technological innovation results of enterprises, especially innovation factors, market demand and testing capabilities. This article can provide reference for all sectors of society to carry out innovation in AI technology.
