Abstract: The world is constantly changing in the midst of conflicts, and the defense industry is developing due to the wars between Ukraine and Russia and the Israeli-Palestinian war. This paper aims to present the problems of defense security education that is not standardized and the direction of defense security education through a model at the national level. The concept of the National Competency Standard (NCS) and the necessity of education, the concept and importance of defense security, and the domestic defense industry technology protection curriculum were addressed, and a new education model was established. The research method was analyzed by referring to the NCS-related literature, the Defense Acquisition Program Administration (Defense Industrial Technology Protection Course), and the NCS website. It is hoped that this study will be used as a basis for reflecting the defense security education model in the NCS and systematizing new jobs through the efforts of the national level (Ministry of Employment and Labor, Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy, Defense Acquisition Program Administration, etc.).
