Abstract: This study investigates inventory optimization practices at Ampere Electric, a leading electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer in India.The paper evaluates the implementation and impact of techniques like Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Just-in-Time (JIT), and ABC Analysis on cost and operational efficiency.Using a structured questionnaire with a sample size of 234 supply chain and production employees, the research applies statistical tools such as Chi-Square Test, ANOVA, and Correlation to interpret findings.The results indicate partial adoption of these techniques, with notable challenges in ERP integration and safety stock maintenance.Recommendations are proposed for AI-enabled forecasting, ERP standardization, and supplier coordination to enhance supply chain agility.
