Abstract: The formulation of the problem in this study is: Is there an influence of competence and work environment on employee performance. This study aims to determine the influence of competence and work environment on employee performance. With the purposive sampling technique, the sample in this study consisted of 48 people. The methods used in this study are validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, simultaneous and partial tests, as well as the coefficient of determination using SPSS 20. The research results show; Competence contributes positively and significantly affects employee performance; The work environment contributes positively and significantly affects employee performance; Competence and the work environment together have a significant impact on employee performance.
