Abstract: This paper explores the amplitude of student exchange programs in management education focusing on creating a win-win situation for learners, academia and industries. Internationalization of higher education has been an intensifying global trend. In this scenario, this paper examines the chances of cross-cultural exposure, enhancement of administrative skills and development of global perspectives among the learners. At the same time, this paper also focuses on the current scenario of learners partaking in higher education in foreign countries as well as the awareness, mindset and expectations of management students towards student exchange programs and different socio, political and financial factors associated with it.
