Abstract: Supplemental Figure 3 visualizes the associations of non-overlapping T cell subset densities in epithelial and stromal tissue areas with CRC-specific survival, where hazard ratios are adjusted for age at diagnosis, sex, cancer site (proximal, distal, rectal), MSI, BRAF, KRAS, and CIMP status, and strata(study batch), NHS/HPFS or OFCCR, due to proportional hazards violations in study batch without stratification. T1, Q1, etc. stand for tertile 1, or quartile 1.
