Development and Validation 0f a Web-based E-learning Material for Communication Skills Enhancement

Abstract: This study developed and validated a Web-based E-learning Material for Communication Skills Enhancement through the A.D.D.I.E instructional model.The material was evaluated by 26 Language teachers and 4 Language Experts from PHINMA-Araullo University.The material was based on the PHINMA Education Network Syllabi for Purposive Communication subject with parts: Learning Objectives, Connect, Coach, and Check.The material was found to have clear objectives, engaging and appropriate language, effective content, and organized visuals and illustrations.Student performance upon the material integration showed significant improvements on communication skills after using the material.The evaluators rated the material as "Very Satisfactory" upon the evaluation of its Learning Objectives, Content, Language Used, Format and Evaluation.The study emphasizes the vitality of developing digital and supplementary materials to enhance language learning and communication skills.
