Abstract: Supplementary Figure S4. Vaccine characterization. A-F. Plots showing the distributions of the indicated vaccine parameters for each vaccinated patient (labelled 1 through 23). Scaffold moduli and toughness were only measured beginning at the sixth patient. Modulus refers to the Young’s modulus, which is a measure of the stiffness of the material and its resistance to deformation. Toughness describes the resistance to fracture of a material. Values in A-C represent mean and standard deviation (n = 3), while values in D-F represent single measurement (n = 1).
