In this issue, the FDA has approved the first perioperative immunotherapy (durvalumab) for patients with muscle‐invasive bladder cancer. In addition, imlunestrant significantly improves progression‐free survival for patients with advanced breast cancer, and the benefit of adjuvant dose‐dense chemotherapy in patients with node‐positive breast cancer is sustained after a 12‐year follow‐up.
