Abstract: In the document, a review is conducted on key aspects of a leader in an entrepreneurial venture. Adaptability and resilience must be inherent qualities to achieve the proposed goals by anticipating problems that may create obstacles. Additionally, the importance of maintaining active listening in relationships with collaborators is highlighted. The writing mentions some authors like Maxwell and Sinek who refer to the qualities of a leader. Furthermore, a distinction is made between the social nature of the conception of the terms leadership, its social conception, and entrepreneurship with the economic character it possesses.
