Results of the study. The author comes to the conclusion that the balance between theoretical knowledge and practical experience is important for the successful formation of educational mobility. Students with previous work experience have a higher motivation for learning. A heterogeneous environment in groups promotes mutual development and knowledge exchange. Practical classes help to bridge the gap between theory and reality. Students who strive for deep acquisition of knowledge and actively participate in the educational process demonstrate higher motivation, initiative and efficiency in learning. It is necessary to develop a culture of student mobility, teach effective methods of perception and memorization of information by ear. Prospects of the study.
