Spirituality and Social Spirituality Are the Basic Concepts of the Ideology of Education in Modern Russia

Abstract: Objective of the study is to consider the substantive characteristics of the concepts “spirituality” and “social spirituality” in relation to shaping the ideology of modern Russian educational reality. Methodological basis of the study includes the fundamental provisions of the philosophical foundations of spirituality, the understanding of the definition of “concept” in terms of interpreting the understanding of the meaning of spirituality, the social spirituality of those who act as signs that “mark” a person, determining the evolutionary development of culture, ensured by the disclosure and development of spirituality of the individual. Results of the study are the following: to determine the semantic characteristics of ideology in the context of education in modern Russia; to substantiate the program of spiritual life of a personality based on the idea of interaction between people united by common values characterizing the content of secular and spiritual pedagogy; to develop an algorithm for working with the metalanguage of the ideology of spirituality, which is based on an enduring system of human values that are understood, interpreted and they are returned to the reality of life through the implemented human activity. Prospects of the study are related to the development of standards for a new pedagogical specialty – “teacher of the ideology of spirituality”, as well as the development of pedagogical technologies centered on the phenomenology of understanding, realizing the triad: cognition, transformative activity, creativity (the essence of human life).
