Abstract: Logistics human resources, a pivotal component of the national logistics system, assume a critical role in advancing the logistics sector, fostering growth, and bolstering the evolution of the economic growth paradigm. Currently, the logistics workforce faces challenges concerning both quantity and caliber, with significant deficiencies persisting in the training and development processes across various levels. In this article, we delve deeper into the discourse surrounding the training and development of Vietnam's logistics human resources, aiming to elevate the standard of education and align with the directives set forth in Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW issued by the Politburo on December 22, 2024, focusing on advancements in science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation.
