Abstract: The IoT (Internet of Things)-powered Safety Civil Belt is a wearable device engineered to bolster safety for workers in high-risk settings such as construction zones, mining sites, and elevated workplaces. It combines real-time health tracking, environmental monitoring, emergency notifications, and location tracking to safeguard workers. The belt incorporates sensors like the SpO₂ (Peripheral capillary oxygen saturation) for monitoring blood oxygen levels, the BMP280 (Barometric Pressure Sensor) for measuring altitude and pressure, and a heart rate sensor.A GSM (Global System for Mobile Communications) 800C module enables instant SMS (Short Message Service) alerts, while a GPS (Global Positioning System) module ensures accurate location tracking.A piezoelectric buzzer emits audible warnings, and an SOS button allows workers to send distress signals in emergencies. The system, driven by an ESP32 Node MCU (Microcontroller Unit) board microcontroller, processes sensor data and supports seamless communication.A notable feature is its integration with an Android application, enabling supervisors to monitor health metrics remotely and receive immediate alerts.Data is stored and synchronized in real-time using Firebase, ensuring scalability.By harnessing IoT and embedded systems, this safety solution facilitates Bhumika P, Deepika D
