Research on Intelligent Three-level Management Platform for Highway Construction and Operation

Abstract: The state is actively promoting the expressway from informatization to digitalization and intelligence. Considering the complexity of expressway projects, the current research on expressway intellectualization is carried out independently by project, and the construction and operation are carried out in stages. The data islands are serious, and the superior supervision is not transparent, which has been difficult to meet the needs of expressway project management units for project group level, integration, and multi-level management. This paper considers the construction idea of the construction and operation integration platform, takes the project group management as the basic goal, integrates the three-level management needs, and builds the construction and operation three-level intelligent management platform. This paper studies the overall construction idea, develops core functions, and takes Shaanxi Provincial Department of Transport, Traffic Control Group and Project Management Company as the main body to carry out comprehensive application. It breaks the single project management mode of intelligent platform and can be promoted and replicated for project group management.
