Abstract: Natural icing flight test of civil aircraft is one of the key subjects in the process of airworthiness certification. It is necessary to verify the safety of aircraft under icing meteorological conditions through flight test, which mainly involves flight test technology and flight test data conformity analysis method. At the same time, computer technology is introduced, combined with real-time data processing, meteorological condition prediction, icing simulation and icing rate prediction algorithms to ensure the success of flight test technology and accurate and reliable data. The flight test technology includes CCP modification, camera modification, icing scale modification and wing leading edge painting modification. At the same time, during the flight test process, through the strategy of task modularization and comprehensive task list, the 11 natural icing special flight test flights planned for a certain model were reduced to 5 flights, which greatly improved the flight test efficiency. In the compliance analysis method of flight test data, through the calculation of LWC, MVD and icing thickness, combined with the time domain analysis of flight test data, it is judged whether the aircraft response is safe under natural icing weather conditions, so as to achieve the purpose of flight test data analysis. The research shows that through the algorithm research of computer technology, the safety of civil aircraft natural icing flight test is guaranteed, and the efficiency of data monitoring, acquisition and processing is improved.
