Abstract: The deep integration of finance and business is the trend of the times. Artificial intelligence technology plays an important role in the realization and optimization of the integration of business and finance. It can shape the shared database, realize the dynamic processing of accounting information, form the information closed-loop between business and finance, and facilitate real-time control and comprehensive control. This paper discusses the application and influence of artificial intelligence technology in the innovation and optimization path of industry and finance integration mode. This paper first analyzes the necessity of artificial intelligence in the integration of industry and finance, including the needs of enterprise development, risk aversion and management optimization. The development status of artificial intelligence industry is summarized, and the four applications of artificial intelligence in the innovation of industry and finance integration mode are discussed in detail: financial efficiency improvement, financial risk management, financial decision support and intelligent asset management. Through specific cases and data analysis, the article shows how AI can significantly improve the efficiency of financial processing, reduce the frequency of risk events, provide decision support, and optimize the asset management process.
