Abstract: Actual scientific research and issues analysis. Recent studies and publications emphasize the significant impact of information and communication technologies (ICT) on the digital transformation of society. We focus on the modern scientific works of T. Butchenko, V. Voronkova, O. Masyuk, O. Danilian, V. Nikitenko, O. Kivliuk, M. Lepsky, O. Polishchuk, O. Polishchuk, O. Sorokina, M. Kozlovets, I. Utuzh, I. Chaika, and others. The research objective. The aim of the study is to analyze the impact of information and communication technologies (ICT) on the digital transformation of society, taking into account socio-philosophical aspects. The fulfillment of these tasks will allow to form a holistic view of the socio-philosophical aspects of the impact of ICT on the digital transformation of society and will contribute to further research in this area. The statement of basic materials. The article discusses the development of the digital economy, based on which the transition to digital platforms, e-commerce and cashless payments requires studying the effectiveness and consequences of such changes; artificial intelligence, blockchain and the Internet of Things are changing economic models, creating new opportunities and challenges for understanding the future of the information society.
