The researchers aimed to identify the key factors that contribute to business students' motivation to study, in order to get a deeper comprehension. A total of 200 participants took part in the data collection procedure, which used a non-probability sampling method known as simple sampling. The assumptions were evaluated using Binary Logistics and Cronbach Alpha as the key instruments. The findings indicate that the Virtual Learning Environment has a much greater impact on learning motivation, with an effect size of 122.5%, compared to the Traditional Classroom Environment, which has an effect size of 105%. The effect likelihoods for Business Curriculum Development and Instruction, Technology, and Convenient Access were 97.6% and 72.7%, respectively, indicating a smaller impact. The research's ideas for improving the effectiveness of blended learning methodologies might be advantageous for educators and learners in business and management courses, as well as other disciplines.
