Abstract: Continuing education for professional and technical personnel is an important part of lifelong learning system, and an important way for professional and technical personnel to improve their professional and technical ability and level. In order to continuously improve the quality evaluation system of continuing education for professional and technical personnel, combined with the theory of total quality management (TQM), this paper constructs an evaluation indicator system of continuing education for professional and technical personnel, including 6 first-level indicators, 16 second-level indicators and 25 third-level indicators. The weight of each indicator is calculated and the validity and correctness are verified in the paper. It provides a referable model for the quality evaluation of continuing education for professional and technical personnel.
