Abstract: The architectural and planning organization of the city, the architectural and construction design of new capital construction projects (ACS) are inextricably linked with the functioning of the city's transport system as a whole and certain adjacent section of the road network (UDS). When designing new quarters or microdistricts, it is necessary to estimate in advance the predicted load on the UDS, taking into account the distribution of jobs, as one of the main points of attraction in the city; sufficient number and functioning of parking spaces on the territory of the construction site; accessibility of public transport in this microdistrict. Since it is a comprehensive assessment of the correct site allocated for the development of the new OKS that will allow organizing a convenient and favorable environment for its residents and the city as a whole. This study was carried out using the NextGIS QGIS geographic information systems tool, taking into account the data taken as a result of the survey of cellular operators of InfoNet Mobil LLC, as well as the master plan/general development plan with technical and economic indicators. The proposed method of express analysis of the impact of the built ACS on the adjacent sections of the MAC allows, based on the necessary data on the construction of a new microdistrict, to calculate the matrix of transport interaction between quarters and transport zones of the city (calculation of the existing and predicted load on the MAC), calculate the functioning of the transport space of the MKD and evaluate the predicted integrated transport service of a particular built ACS. The technique was tested in the city of Belgorod on the example of a residential complex st. Donetsk - st. Volchanskaya, developed by LLC SZ "UK ZhBK-1." The results showed the need to work out new transport corridors to ensure the connectivity of this microdistrict with other transport zones of the city, reduce congestion and the time spent on the way by residents of the newly built ACS.
