Abstract: The increasing integration of technology into organizational processes has highlighted the need to assess its impact on human resource practices and employee outcomes. This study investigated the influence of e-HRM practices on employee performance in selected Nigerian banks. Using a descriptive research design, the study focused on employees from five banks, with a population of 1,442 respondents and a sample size of 347, chosen through stratified random sampling. Data were gathered via structured questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, including regression analysis. The findings indicated that e-performance management had a significant positive effect on employee efficiency, with a standardized coefficient (β = .208, p < .001). The study concluded that e-performance management plays a critical role in enhancing employee efficiency in Nigerian banks. The findings confirm that adopting e-performance management systems significantly improves task execution, efficiency, and overall productivity by providing clear performance metrics, fostering transparency, and enabling timely feedback and corrective actions. The study recommended that Nigerian banks should invest in robust e-performance management solutions to streamline performance evaluations, provide actionable feedback, and foster employee self-regulation.
