Abstract: This research, titled "Abu Hanifa and His Grammatical and Linguistic Reasoning in Jurisprudential Issues", consists of three sections in which I have thoroughly addressed Imam Abu Hanifa’s, may Allah have mercy on him, grammatical and linguistic reasoning in certain jurisprudential issues. The study comes in response to those who accused Abu Hanifa of lacking knowledge in the Arabic language-its grammar, rhetoric, and eloquence-casting doubt on his linguistic competence. This research refutes those claims and clearly proves the noble Imam’s mastery of all branches of the Arabic language, as well as his deep expertise in Islamic jurisprudence.
