Abstract: In a rapidly evolving global environment marked by technological breakthroughs, socio-economic upheavals, and changing geopolitical dynamics, the ability to manage change has become indispensable.Today, individuals are not only expected to possess technical expertise but also to demonstrate emotional and psychological flexibility.Amidst these shifting paradigms, two competencies-adaptability and resilience-emerge as fundamental attributes for enduring success.Adaptability allows individuals to respond effectively to change, while resilience enables them to recover and learn from adversity. In both educational and professional contexts, these traits serve as powerful tools that promote growth, innovation, and sustainability. This paper aims to examine the conceptual underpinnings, practical applications, and developmental strategies for adaptability and resilience.By doing so, it highlights their pivotal role in cultivating individuals capable of navigating the complexities of the 21st century.
